The Top 100 ceremony is always run successfully and is an encouragement for me. The event not only brought together many excellent Chinese restaurant participants in the United States, but also offered delightful opportunities for industry solidification and communication. The banquet, which I personally enjoyed best, offered the restaurateurs the precious chance to exchange learning and experiences in a harmonious atmosphere. To gradually perfect future ceremonies and make them more communicatively convenient and interactive, I personally suggest that the award winners be divided into several groups with respective coordinators.
